there's no trick here of course. No matter what number you pick, when you add both digits and subtract it from the number, you will ALWAYS get multiples of 9 (9,18,27,36,45,54,63,72,81) And if you notice, all these numbers have always the same symbol. So don't get too shocked when you see the right symbol always popping up. It's a great trick.
