I guess this means he's unfit to be president by Dingdongs standards.

Former vice president Joe Biden called on President Donald Trump Thursday to offer more aid
to Iran, as that country struggles with coronavirus — though the U.S. has already offered aid,
and the Iranian regime rejected it.

It was a power play by Trump, to embarrass the Chinese to accept handouts.

(showing the hypocrisy of the OP from another thread)

It's 100% pathetic that we have to accept a handout from Russia. And maybe if Moscow Donny wasn't losing his mind, he would have had the common sense NOT to release 18 tons of med supplies to our OTHER foreign adversary, China.

What a fucking idiot you have to be to do something like that, IN FEBRUARY, when all the scientific data is showing exponential growth of infections and deaths of a virus.

Did he ever stop and say "WAIT GUYS, WE MIGHT NEED THIS SHIT. LETS KEEP IT."

What did Tillerson call Trump again? A fucking moron.

Bingo

Trump finds himself in a catch-22 situation. Inspite of that things seem to be turning around.

One thing for sure I'm thankful he's president and not the Granny.

I can't even imagine what her response would have been.

She probably would have recommended we take Midol instead of Hydroxychloroquine.

Can you imagine anyone but Trump trying to navigate through this mess?

Watching his nightly briefings is a lesson unfolding in front of us about demanding excellence and how to get things done at the highest level.

These people (the smartest minds, not the most diverse minds) are literally working night and day to solve the myriad of problems. As Peter Navarro likes to say, they are getting things done in "Trump time".

I never agreed with the shutdowns. The consequences of said shutdowns are going to be much more devastating to Americans and the country than this virus ever could have been. But if it had to happen this way, I can't imagine a better person to lead this fight than TRump.

PS There was a Jared Kushner sighting at the briefing tonight. THe guy is smart as hell. Wondered what Ivanka saw in him. Think I know now.

Yep. Because the state with the greatest medical teaching hospitals in all the world, led by a governor, Charlie Baker, who previous to his governorship lead one of the biggest healthcare providers in America, Harvard Vanguard Healthcare, couldn't figure out how to cut through the bidding process and get those hospitals the ppe that they themselves had already dropped the ball on. Talk about incompetent liberals. They run the health care system here and they run the state.

Took a private businessman to move to the head of the class to solve the problem with his own damned money and ingenuity.

And Donger blames the President.

Yes, I can imagine a President who acknowledges the threat back in January and asks leaders of American industry to increase production in the event of a crisis.

What did we get instead? "It's a democrat hoax. We've got 15 patients and it will soon be zero. It's going to warm up and one day it will be gone.. like a miracle."

Kushner? Smart as hell? The guy who said "The federal stockpile" of supplies is "..for us, not the states." Dude is just another silver-spooned trust fund baby. Hasn't worked a real day in his life.

But please, carry on mouth-breathers.

Whoever it was he/she would be playing the role of Jerome Lester Horwitz.

Let's start with Obama with H1N1.

* The Obama administration declared swine flu, or H1N1, a public health emergency six weeks before H1N1 was declared a pandemic.

* No H1N1 deaths had yet been recorded in the United States.

* Six months after that initial declaration, when more than 1,000 deaths had occurred, Obama himself declared H1N1 a national emergency.

Compare that to Trump calling it a hoax and ignoring it for at least 2 months.

Trump is personally responsible for every death by COVID19. Blood on his hands.

The spray-tanned piece of shit was too busy GOLFING AT HIS RESORTS to bother protecting the well-being of American citizens.

I had to Google this. Are you talking about Obama going to Vegas for a fundraiser a day after the Benghazi attacks?

I see what you're getting at, but the attack @ Benghazi had already happened. What was Obama supposed to do? Suspend his campaign, 2 months before the election, until the situation was resolved?

How does that compare to willfully ignoring a pandemic, calling it a democrat hoax, and then emptying the federal reserve of medical supplies by sending it to China?
