Teixeira was a All-American at Georgia Tech, his idol was Donnie Baseball, that why ishe wears #23. He has star written all over him

Teixeira is the sixth switch-hitting rookie in major league history with at least 20 homers

I can`t think of what he`s unique for, is it the X in his name???

He grew up about 5 minutes from me...I have been hearing about this kid since he was a freshman highschool! From that point on he was hyped as a Major Leaguer (which I figured was just hype) but not this time!

Bingo. Can't ever fool this guy. Was in the paper today and thought I would see if anyone would get it. To me the number seemed low, seemed like there would have been more in the history of the game than only 6. Anyway good job..

Eddie Murray would be one of the 6, hitting 27 in 1977...The other 4 I would guess Mantle (if he qualified). Maybe Reggie Smith another, Ted Simmons another switch hitter with power....

While we're on the trivia kick, name the 5 pitchers who have given up homers to Barry and Bobby Bonds.

Orosco is one for sure and the only one still active this year. He also is the first guy to strike both Bobby and Barry out.

89 yr old Orosco is indeed one of the pitchers.

Blue, you should get this one: He pitched for the Flubs, Pirates and Giants and was rather heavy set or just plain fat.

This Lefty pitched for the Angles, Strangers and Tiggers.

He pitched for the A's, Jays, Yanks, LA, Flubs and last pitched for the Dbacks.

Blue is two for two!

I thought Morgan retired years ago only to find out he was pitching for Arizona last year. It's like seeing Julio Franco with the Braves. I thought he was retired too. Who's next, Vince Coleman with Tampa?
