When Gowdy first came on the scene I was a big fan. He was a no bullshit
type of guy who was always prepared. However like many Congressmen he never
did anything. His 2 year long Benghazi investigation resulted in a big fat
nothing burger. He talks a good game but that's about it.

He was probably blocked from the higher ups from taking action but you're right.

I can envision a day when people are so fed up with the corruption that they start electing leaders who will actually DO something. It will take time to right the ship but I think Trump is the first shot across the bow from an army of pissed off voters.
