they say the people on the infommercial are real!!! Since it's on national tv, I do not think they would be falsely advetising and subjecting themselves to a fraud suit. I guess they find the 20 people for whom it HAS worked and put them on t.v., while the rest struggle to recover the "program fee."

Dumb thing is he sells a book for about $25 available in just about all bookstores that pretty much covers his program. If you are really curious just buy that and try it out on paper, see if you can do it. He is very much a momentum trader, so it is risky but then again most people that do very well in the market play momentum most of the time. I would say the program works for a select few of his followers, but most just don't get it or won't spot the trends and opportunities he tells you are there.
