Great value without losing quality. Really good frozen meals. Produce is good and they have great deals on snacks and nuts

wife hits it with the kids every weekend out here

have some good frozen meals that the kids dig and some tasty ones for adults (i like some of their indian chicken curry meals)

some of their pre-seasoned meats are good too (korean bbq for example)

seems like their stuff generally has less random/artificial crap in it if you look at the ingredients

i'd buy their stock for sure if it were possible

Trader Joe's was founded by Joe Coulombe and has been owned since 1979 by a German family trust established by Aldi Nord's owner Theo Albrecht. The chain has offices in Monrovia, California, and Boston, Massachusetts.

I like shopping there alot. Their product line is very good and not too expensive (like whole foods)

Grab some of the 2 buck chuck wine. Surprisinglygood. I always keep about a case around for deadbeat guest that never bring anything. Its still better than alot of $20 bottles Ive had.

My parents work there and make a real good living. I don't shop there much, but when my mom comes to visit she stocks me up, and it's good stuff.

twice a week

i always pick up ready made stuff (salad, sushi, shrimp rolls) to eat at work or for dinner
it is more affordable and has less of the unhealthy preservatives compared to typical ready made stuff u find at other chains.
i also think snacks there are healthier (not your typical lays, use alternate substances like pita chips rather than regular potato chips, etc)

A few years ago, during the height of the unemployment I saw a guy in Trader Joes (well dressed middle class mid-30's) hanging out by the food sample bar. He was snagging as many samples as he could and trying not to appear too obvious.

they just opened a location by me, so far I like it. Getting a cart is a hassle (I understand why they charge) but I don't always have a quarter on me

No Trader Joe anywhere near me. Been to Aldi a few times. Get there early before it gets crowded... with a quarter.
