Biggest day in baseball today as midnight marks the trade deadline. Looks like Griggey is on his way to the White Sox as long as he approves it. The Sox are also looking into aquiring Houston Street from Oakland. What are you hearing about your teams?

This Marlins/Red Sox/Pirates trade would be incredible for me as the players I hate the most on the Buccos would go to the team I hate the most in baseball (redsox). Here's the rundown of it...

Marlins would get Manny
Red Sox would get Jason Bay and John Grabow
Pirates would get Jeremy Hermida, Ryan Tucker (fla), Hector Correa (fla), and some kid named jones from bos

if this deal goes through, the Tampa Bay Rays will most likely key on Adam Dunn.

teams still interested in JayBay include the Rays, Oakland, and Atlanta.

Mets and Rangers are now keying on Ian Snell from the Pirates. The Mets want to use him in the bullpen.

According to ESPN's Jayson Stark, the Cardinals are willing to trade Kyle Lohse in the right deal. They're looking for a bat and a reliever.

Lohse could be one of the better names out there, though he's better served in the NL. The Cardinals certainly won't be sellers - they're just percentage points behind the Brewers for the wild card.
