TOW may or may not be helping me

I got nothing from my betpanam balance of 38 dimes. I communicated several times with TOW, mailed in all requested paperwork, and neteller also verified 32k of my post up money.

After all this I get no email replies from TOW. No explanation, nothing. All my work in recovering my money has gone to waste. I would not be surprised to find that TOW actually got money from my betpanam accnt.

AMAZING

Darryl- TOW responded to this post in less than 4 hours and explained the situation.

Consider me one of MANY on the planet to NOT entertain such thoughts as you suggested.

Darryl, there's always two sides to the story. DrBigZ states " no communication"...I just went thru the Betpanam mail folder : 41 incoming emails ( and 38 outgoing responses )starting May 11th 2004, ending July 16th 2004, is the number of correspondence exchange I had with this poster. I would hardly call this "no communication".

Other details, which shall preferably be kept private, could be further enlightening.

Nevertheless DrBigZ has to understand that he played with crooks who have stolen his money. What I have done, and what I'm still currently busy doing, is to get 55 players paid.

DrBigZ has expressed lack of trust. I have acknowledged that. Nothing more, nothing less.

Given the "Panamanian counterparty" has gone as far as directing life threatening statements to my person I do feel entitled to represent people that have the courtesy of avoiding making such public ( and slanderous ) statements as the title of this thread.

Here's some names of the thiefs that have taken DrBigZ money :

Marty

The three ( plus others ) with the help of Herbert and Norberto have walked with over 600K of players money. This is the sad truth.

TOW is doing a monumental favor by attempting to help players recover funds..........

but that still doesnt excuse the way this is being handled.....

obviously the man is upset, (who wouldnt be).........he feels that you are avoiding his communications.......appease him, instead of mocking him.......

If you have communicated with him TOW I don't see why he would come and post like this...I mean he's the guy out the 32k so I'm sure he's going to want to know what's going on...even if there is nothing for a week or two.

I mean if you look at it from the other side I'd be hopping mad if I felt I was being taken for a ride costing me 32k when all I did was post up to a book that was supposed to be legitimate and even BONDED (I believe they were bonded...maybe I am wrong).

All represented parties ( including DrBigZ ) are aware that regular updates are being posted on the web site. The latest one has been posted yesterday, FYI.

I obviously feel for everyone that has been stiffed by these thiefs. I still believe there's a chance to get players paid and this is what I'm pursuing.

As I said...there's more to the story of this poster, but I do believe its best if its left unsaid.

put yourself in DrbigZ's shoes.......or think about the last time you had an issue involving money (or anything of value)...you wanted answers "yesterday"......everything seemed to moving in slow motion..."why cant they do anything" and similiar thoughts are running through your head....

the man is pissed off....and TOW is taking the brunt of his frustrations.......

TOW........your handling this badly.........i am sure all he wanted was a response from you guys.......

btw....when TOW stepped in to help players recover funds...TOW became the source for every players hopes in getting paid, and their frustrations when they havent gotten paid.......its not that people dont appreciate what your doing....its just natural for people to view TOW as the solution to their problems or in this case.....TOW is the problem.....

I tend to agree...

Roberto may be a lot of things to different people, but a thief he is not!
