Reggie Bush has missed four of the past six games due to an ankle injury. Now Bush is dealing with a back injury too, per the team's website. Bush was limited in Tuesday's practice with the two injuries, though he has said he plans to play Thursday against the Bears.

Bell had 19 rushing attemps 48 yards last game. Golden Tate could have run for yards.

The Lions are battling offensive line injuries during the short week. Left tackle Riley Reiff (left knee) missed all but the first play of the Lions’ 34-9 loss to the Patriots last Sunday, and right guard Larry Warford (knee) has missed the last two game, . they were in need of some extra depth going into their Thanksgiving showdown with the Chicago Bears. To solve this problem, the Lions released tight end Kellen Davis in order to promote offensive guard Rodney Austin from the practice squad. Undrafted free agent Cornelius Lucas was forced into his first action of the season at left tackle lat week .

This is not a team ready for a break out game offensively

Brandon Marshall (ankle) was limited in Tuesday's practice ahead of Thursday's game at Detroit. Marshall was held to three catches and 32 yards Week 12 after back-to-back dominant performances.

Marshal has account for 8 of the bears 22 receiving TD. If Marshal is a non factor , it will allow a already domenant lions line to stack the box even more agenst matt forte

It's hard to keep waiting for the Lion's offense of old to show up, they struggled big time to crack 20 points against garbage defenses like Atlanta and the Saints. I have no idea what their deal is. The Bears offense is just atrocious.

Well echamp ... I think some of it has to do with losing Scott Linhan .. There are only a handful of great qb ... The rest are just chuckers .. Who need a oc to make them great .. This game has two chuckers good one week bad the next

Lombardi is the only Coordinator who inherited a squad that wasn't broken, and yet he's done fo this team. He needs to realize there is no shame in taking notes from Linehan's offense- Linehan might have made a few boneheaded calls at the wrong time, but he had this offense looking like a force of nature.

Bears place Brian de la Puente on injured reserve, Among the many problems that have plagued the Bears this season is an inability to keep the same offensive line together for long stretches because of injuries. Left tackle Jermon Bushrod has missed two games, left guard Matt Slauson is on injured reserve, center Roberto Garza has missed four games and right tackle Jordan Mills has been out the last two games, leaving right guard Kyle Long as the only player to start every game. More shuffling is coming. Defensive tackle Brandon Dunn has been promoted from the practice squad to bring the roster back to 53 players.

Both teams are hurting on the O line .. I cant tell who Is worse off .. adding few more $ to the under

Like the under as well see alot of lions love in this game but 7 points is alot of points for a team that hasn't scored a td in 2 weeks even with garbage time in the pats game not to mention the terrible kicking. Jarred allen also has historically caused problems for Detroit and with o line hurting he may have a big game.

the only thing that bothers me about this under is both Detroit and Chicago games in November

Chicago since 2007 at home off 2 losses are 8/1 Over 23.7 to 33.7 -10.......8/1 Over 57.4 points per game with 5 of those games on Thanksgiving all overs

Chicago since 2007 off 2 ATS wins are 5/0 Over 29.8 to 21.6 +8.2........51.4 points per game with no games on Thanksgiving

Chicago avgs 20 ppg and allows 30 ppg while Det is somewhat lower at 28 ppg and 17.3 ppg......there must be a reason that they made this total so high.......maybe because it is Thanksgiving and they are the only game on right now.......but I will give them credit for knowing something that I don't and play the over

read that wrong.......Det is #28 in scoring at 17.9 ppg.......Det games avg 35.2 and Chi games avg 49......added together and divided it is 42.1 ppg .......quite a bit lower than the total of 47........but it's Thanksgiving......Dets Thanks day games since 2007 avg 56
