The tenth at the earliest. Even if we do it's possible that we will not have our satellite/tv issues completely addressed so I wouldn't count on UFC that Saturday even if we are open.
In the future, beyond a doubt, we will be the best spot for UFC and any other sporting event. A new 3.8 meter (over 12.5 feet) dish goes in next Tuesday and Wednesday. Rarely will our feeds be knocked out because of rain. We will have eleven 42" flat screens on the walls. A 20/22" flat screen at each of five new booths. We will have eight Direct TV feeds and two Sky TV feeds. With Direct TV instead of Dish we will be able to access many more sporting events than before.
We are very excited. The end is now very clearly within sight. In the kitchen we already have the new pizza oven, a new salad/sandwich station, a new hot table, and two new exhaust hoods/fans.
