We at the office in Santa Ana are very dissapointed with TOT's "special rules" regarding orders to this area. For all you people in Santa Ana they require a minimum order of 12k even though they charge 2000 colones for transporte. So yesterday we ordered some stuff and it added up to 15k and we had no problems i guess... but today we want to order a couple of sandwiches but we don't make the cut, so they just WON'T DELIVER EVEN THOUGH we are willing to pay the 2000 delivery. This sucks and it is weak... specially since they used to come here on sundays with the basket full of sandwiches last year and the year before that we'd buy atleast 30 orders on each visit. Ungrateful fucks....

To make it worse they have a punk argentinian kid that's a snot on the phone who really doesn't care about customer service. Tipico argentino insoportable y comemierda.

Have to play by the rules...that's a long drive in traffic from Escazu...why don't you send someone to pick it up?

I remember when Wendys first opened up...we sent someone everyday...Argentinian kid is a good guy, cut him some slack, he was just following orders from his boss...

Using the term ungrateful fucks is not going to help your cause....

Kid might be a good guy with you... he is a prick on the phone. The term ungrateful fucks fits like a glove... when they got started we would buy atleast 100k each weekend for more than a year. If they forget where they come from and don't realize that the Sta Ana business helped them when they were getting started than they are lost.

And about playing but the rules... it kind of sucks when the rules only apply to a small group. Delivery to other areas doesn't have the minimum order clause. I figure if they charge us 2k for the delivery (which is more than other areas like Sabana & Escazu) than they are covering their expenses so there is no need for the minimum order crap.

anyway that's just what i think ain't looking to throw down because of it...

OK let me see if I got this straight. You guys according to your estimates would spend 100k per week when we came with food. Now the Argentinian guy tells you for us to come out to your office near Wendy's you only have to spend 10k+2K delivery. That is 88k less than your office use to spend and you have a problem with it?

With the respect you show Ariel(the Argentinian kid) here on this forum calling him a punk, my guess is you had a real shitty attitude on the phone with him ,like your displaying here. You probably deserved an attitude. You are the only guy I know that complains about having to spend less money to have us come out to deliver to you. By the way if you think Ariels attitude is bad you should give me a try some time. You can't put together 3 people or 2 really hungry people together to hit a 10k minimum? We are trying to be reasonable.

2 sandwiches with sides 6.800
2 Brownies 1.200
2 16oz. Snapples 2.400
Total 10.400

If you think we are ungrateful you are way off base. We raise are kids and support our lives off of our loyal customers. If you think I forget where I come from your dead wrong again. I am from the arm pit of NJ. I work seven days a week most weeks and try to insure we are always serving a quality product. Our family has been in the bar business for three generations and we learned the business from our father and grandfather. Please don't come on here insulting us telling us we forget where we came from. We still remember who we served our first four free meatball sandwiches too. If you don't want to order from us I understand but please show a little respect and think about what you said here. I am sure you were just having a bad day and were looking forward to some good food. I know that can be frutrating.

We thank all our friends & clients for their business.

Thanks for defending us here VD. I might take it easy on you next round of backgammon.

Looks like the express policies are not clear. Im looking at the take out menu, there's no reference to minimum purchase. There is however a minimun charge for delivery which says 1k tico money, which is understandable for long deliveries. They got charged 2k. If they're customers of yours why not bend the rules once give them that order and let them know there is a minimum puchase? That way everyone's happy.

I AGREE. My big gripe with these guys- inconsistent delivery and cutting off delivery for dinner. Other then those minor issues, TOT is great.

Nice break down you tool... the only thing you're missing is that it is low season and we don't have that many people in the office... the other thing you're missing is 3 times as many people work in SB's on the weekends and not week days. More so i don't feel like having to convince 5 people to eat TOT for lunch just to meet with your ridiculous minimum. Anyway this is pointless because after your lousy customer service (gay argentinian snotnose punk) and your stupid post just the thought of one of your sandwiches makes me want to puke.

And your suggestion about doubling up on brownies and all kinds of shit i don't need... thx but no thx. I'm just looking for lunch not trying to join a Sumo wrestling league with VD and your fat ass. How do you like them apples......?
