Ok I understand Toskala needs a rest every now and then but why do it when he is 5-0 against an opposition? Why not wait until they are playing a team in which he has worse numbers or even mediocre numbers for that matter. With a team like the Leafs who will be needing every single point possible should they be able to squeak into the playoffs this is a terrible move by coach Ron Wilson REGARDLESS of whether Cujo gets the job done or not in my opinion.
Also Toskala lost 5-4 in a shootout to Atlanta's Johan Hedberg on 10/23/2007. Leafs were 3-1 against the Thrashers last season. I have no idea what you're talking about.
I'm sure Wilson doesn't look at and doesn't care about stats like that. As a Leafs fan this makes sense to me because you can put CuJo in this game and still expect to win.

I agree Joseph sucks, but as a Leafs fan I was happy to see him starting tonight, even with how he has played. They need to start him eventually, and you might as well do it against a team you should beat anyways, they are just getting outplayed tonight.
Also, I don't know how many times people here need to say it. That 5-0 stat means nothing and is pretty much useless. I can tell you Wilson doesn't look or care about that fact. They are about to lose this game, which sucks because they need the W and I have a bet on them, but it was the right call starting CuJo in my eyes.
