Adding LATE SET:
**TOP 3 UNIT PLAYS ON:
Angels -145
-Lee has been solid this year for the Indians going 7-3 with a 2.81 ERA....But, 3 of his 4 starts on the road this year has resulted in a loss for the Indian's......Kelvin Escobar, on the other hand, is another pitcher who excells at home...In his last 4 starts at home, the Angels went 3-1....More currently, in his last two home starts, he went 2-0 vs the #1 and #3 hitting teams in the League in Balt and Detroit...PRETTY GOOD!...
Today he faces the #8 hitting team in the Indians......but guess What?....His team is the #2 hitting team in the Land and they have been on Fire at the Plate.....They have been backing up their guys on the hill superbly and in multiple run fashion......When you have this kind of Offensive power behind you, how can you not relax and pitch a solid game......Lee for Cleveland doesnt have this luxury, as he knows that his team sucks on the road and all the pressure is on him....Oh Boy!
Also in the Angels favor is the fact that they have an abundance of guns to take the hill should Escobar get in trouble.....They also have the Fvckin Killer BP to close it out....The Indian's dont have a Bullpen, they have a Pussypen with a 6.46 ERA overall....Pathetic!
-Clev just 6-15 on the road this season....
-Angels 14-2 in their last 16 home games....
-Angels 11-4 in their last 15 meetings....
Oaktown -164
-I dont know how the hell the A's BP let Zito's spectacular last game on the hill vs Cleveland get away from them.......In that game, the former 2002 American League Cy Young Award Winner looked like a master on the hill, allowing just 3 hits, NO RUNS, in 8 innings....
A's are back on track after that Clev series as they took the series vs the Red Hot WS squad.....What is also impressive is how their pitchers held the high scoring Sox squad to average just 3 runs....Solid!....
-Oak is 6-2 in Zito's last 8 starts vs Toronto...
-Oak is 10-2 in their last 12 home games....
-Oak is 7-2 in the last 9 meetings...
-Oak is hitting RHPs .310 in their last 10 games vs them.....Toronto is hitting LHP's .240 in the lst 10 games vs them...
SF -111
-How can I not go with the Giants here today.....Like I mentioned twice before....the DBacks seem to get up when the Big Unit takes the hill, playing excellent Offensive ball, but when he is done, they fall right back to sleep.....
I have won BIG twice going against Brandon "Wild Thing" Webb as he follows Johnson in the rotation......and it paid off for me with a Big Underdog Game of the Week Winner!......Although those two games fading Webb were games he played on the road, I still cannot overlook the fact that he is in a bad bad slump of late.....He is 0-4 with a 6.55 ERA in his last 6 starts.....
Local Hawaiian (born and raised on Oahu) Jerome William's takes the hill for the Giants today, and so far he has an 4-3 record with a 4.19 ERA.....Last season vs the DBacks he went 2-1 with a 2.70 ERA......Williams is also 2-0 with a 0.63 ERA in his career at Bank One Ballpark....
-SF is 14-6 in their last 20 meetings...
-SF is 10-2 in their last 12 overall...
-Ari is 8-19 in their last 27 overall....
-Ari ONLY hitting RHP's .217 their last 10 games......Giant's hitting RHP's .264 in their last 10 games vs them...
-Webb also 2nd in league in walks allowed...
**Ok Gang, I like this LATE SET very much as I think we have all the advantages on our side in this one......Lets cash big tonight and end this day on another solid note....The last two days my LATE SET is 6-1 , lets continue these winning ways....Good luck to all tonight and Lets Go Get Em!.....Aloha CC.
