-I love instate Rival games, as it brings out the best in most teams and the best in most fans, which makes for a good fun....Today the Cubs vs the WS should be a good one....I like the home team Cubs in this one with their home Animal, Zambrano, on the hill...
This year at home Zambrano is 5-0 at home with a 1.61 ERA....Not only has he gone undefeated at home, but he has done it in Nasty Animal Style.....He has been a Hog on the hill and has ONLY given up 3 ERs once (vs STL)....The rest of his games at home, he has ONLY given up 1 ER (vs Pitt), 0 ER (vs Col), 1 ER (vs Pitt), 2 ERs (vs STL), and 1 ER (vs Oak).....In those 6 games, he has gone 9 innings once, 8 innings twice, 7 innings once, and 6 innings twice...Pretty Good!
Loaiza, on the other hand, on the road, has not been so dominant as Zambrano at home.....His last 3 road starts has led to losses to Oak, Seattle, and Florida, where he gave up 22 hits, 7 runs, 5 walks, and 3 HR's...Not to Good!
Overall on the year, both pitchers has an 8-3 record, but Zambrano has a Solid ERA of 2.56, 95 K's, and had ONLY given up 8 HRs....Loaiza's has an ERA of 4.28, just 65 K's, and has given up 18 HR's this year....
