Aloha Gang. Wow, what a day it was yesterday. It was my best day ever in Hoops, and my best day ever spankiing the Man. Now this weeks record stands at 34W-21L= +59 Units. I was almost going to skip today, as there is no way that I could duplicate yesterday and I think it would of been smart to clear my mind and get back to being focused. But, I heard that bastard calling me out, or was it that I am just to dam greedy. I am not sure, but either way, I have to say that I am now having fun. So why dont we all have fun today. Its Aloha Friday and theres no work till Monday.
FIRST SET:-games played before 7pm est.
**6 Unit Play on:
South Carolina -3
-SC Def to good, and even better without LSU's star player Lloreda to have to deal with. LSU will find it hard to make up for his absence as he was their top scorer posting an average of 16.9 ppg and 11 rpg, not to mention putting in the most minutes and his Sr leadership. LSU really needs all the Offense they could get against this SC Defense who is holding its opponents to just 63.2 ppg and ONLY 39% shooting from the field. SC Offense is also putting up top numbers, as their last game showed, where they posted 91pts. Without its top scorer and facing probably the best Defensive team in the entire SEC Conf., this LSU team is in big trouble. I am seeing SC winning by DD's.(WINNER-by 21 pts)
**4 Unit Plays on:
Georgia +8
-Georgia is at home, so for me this is an easy call for me. I will take all them pts. Still, I know that Kentucky is on a major freakin ass kicking roll of late, but so is Georgia, especially at home. They have also already beat this Kentucky team twice this year already. Georgia is 4-2 SU and ATS vs Kentucky last 3 seasons. If this game was played any where else, I would side with this surging Cat team, but this one is in the Georgia Dome, and I cant pass up this opportunity and all them points.(LOSE-by 1pt ats)
North Carolina -1
-The Tar Heels play with a veteran squad and are have a deep bench. They are also 5-1 ATS vs good Offensive teams scoring 77+ pts per a game after 15+ games. NC also 12-4 SU vs GT since 1997. I simply love the Tar Heels and their backcourt of McCants and Felton ov GT's Elder and Jack. Plus, GT wins with its guard play, and has no real threat down low to match up with the play of NC's May and Williams down low. I think this is where NC will take the huge advantage. (LOSE-by 1pt ats at the Buzzer Dam!)
Depaul +2
-This is a matchup with two veteran squads. UAB is 1-2 ATS on neutral courts. Depaul is 2-0 ATS on neutral courts. Depaul ended its year on a solid 4 game win streak. UAB ended its year also on a solid 3 game win streak. Depaul also went a solid 8-4 SU and ATS on the road this year, where they are shooting a solid 47.5% from the field. Depaul also already beat this UAB team by 11pts back on 1-17 and that is enough for me to back them.(WINNER )
**3 Unit Play on:
Indy +9 (buy .5pt)
-Indy playing better and this one in Indy's back yard giving them the HCA. That in itself should get them to stay within this number. Indy also only lost by 2pts to this Ill squad back on 2-3. They are also 4-2 ATS vs Ill the last 3 seaons.(LOSE-by 2pts ats)
**Ok Gang, this the first set of games. I figure I stick to the same proceedure as last night since it was successful. The second set will be for games going off at 7pm est or later. Check back for them if your interested. Lets bang this first set hard and do some damage. Good Luck and Aloha CC.
