Like several of the late games tonight...
I have lost with the Big Z over and over this season...he has had no command and I am playing against him tonight...that and the fact the Cubs cannot score any runs and are playing a red hot Padre team...dime play on Padres...

tony m just looked at your plays for tonight and see I am on 2 of them as well - TB and Sea. Wish I had seen the Pads play earlier I would have taken that one too, I get burned backing Zambrano in his last start and swore I would be fading next time out.

The 8th inning disaster destroyed the Seattle play...walks and hit batsmen...disgusting.
I hated betting against Big Z tonight...he actually was himself...hard to say, but maybe he has turned the corner now...I am going to watch his next start at Washington and see if he can piggyback this one tonight...because he was dealing no doubt about it. The Cubs need to add a bat and quick...their offense is a joke w/out DLEE.

What a great Derby!!! If one cannot be there in person...the best place to be is at the OTB...I had a great time...
Then saw that I lost both my plays by a run apiece...
On to today...good looking slate of games...played a couple already...
Rolen and Edmonds are both out of the lineup today vs the Fish...I believe the Marlins do not get swept...going against Ponson again...makes one want to puke...but it is my 7th dime play of the season (4-2 on dime plays)...
Looking at the Braves/Mets...I do not think A Jones will play today...but even if he is in the lineup...Lima can beat Smoltz today...his last start against Atlanta was as a member of the Dodgers in '04 and the Dodgers beat 'em 3-2...Lima went 8 innings...allowed one ER. Braves are going bad right now...they get swept by the Red-Hot Metropolitans...
