Man when it rains it pours. I found this DallasNews.com. It is a report that Tony Romo collapsed while in the shower. Here is a first hand account from DallasNews reporter Brian Davis:

Tony Romo's three turnovers were momentarily meaningless Sunday night when players started yelling in the shower after the quarterback collapsed from a rib injury.

Athletic trainer Jim Maurer and his staff rushed into the shower as the locker room came to a near standstill. A stretcher was wheeled in, but Romo was eventually helped to his feet and taken into the training room.

As someone who was standing there watching this whole scene unfold, I can tell you the players were shocked. They didn't know what to do. Deon Anderson went out running for emergency help, but Maurer and associate athletic trainer Britt Brown were all over it.

Adam Jones, of all people, was standing there yelling at me, another reporter and a TV camera man to get back. Let me tell you, running into the shower was the last place we needed to be at that moment. Jerry Jones' personal security chief, Roosevelt Riley, came out to push everybody back and an equipment staff member grabbed all of Romo's things and headed to the training room.

When asked later what happened, Romo said, "Um, you know, I was just a little banged up, I guess."

All I can say is wow! I don't really know what to say and you know for me to be tongue tied doesn't happen often. Hopefully Romo is ok. I think the best advice I can give all the Cowboys it to just sit down and stay out of the media spotlight for awhile. Like they say pressure busts pipes and the Cowboys plumbing is all F*ck Up. :nohead:

Tomy Romo is the most overrated player in the NFL....maybe even the history of the NFL....

I am waiting for the Romo-Homo's to say how Dallas couldn't win without him...blah blah....anyone in america would have been better then Brad Johnson....and with arguablly 3 #1receivers....a beast for a RB, an All-pro TE...and solid O-line....Romo stinks.

if he's overated its from the media and the like.he didn't ask

to be "rated" at all.let alone overated.the team has a few

problems, but for a guy with about two years starting in the nfl

id say he's done pretty good.unless of course you hate the

cowboys.

Jealous much because he's living the dream? IMO you gotta give him props for being a decent individual and doing what he could with an injured throwing hand on a team full of shitbirds who do nothing but bring in negative attention (ie. TO, Pacman, even Jerry Jones who adores the spotlight).

Agreed. The Cowboys Sports Network, I mean ESPN, has built that team up to epic proportions. Good, or bad it's hard to live up to.
