Couldn't even watch the whole thing

Was on the island when it happened and returned home to the city the next day. Ill never forget the smell downtown and the looks on peoples faces, lost 4 friends and a cousin as well.

One needs only to revisit the images of that day to realize that life and freedom are precious and fragile things that we sometimes take advantage of. God Bless the families of those that died not only here but serving overseas and those still there.

Railbird...Thats low even for you to make fun of what happened. Much like myself and other nyc (in my case ex nyc now..moved to the smallest town on long island afterwards) residents who knew someone or was affected your words were a slap in the face. You are right, but we need to respect the Americans' remembrance and grievance rights. It's like going to a funeral and pointing out that the guy's enemies should be remembered, too. There's a time and place for that but this is not it.
