Most overrated actor in the industry.....Last decent movie he made was Jerry Maguire in 1996....Like I said only decent.....Nothing to write home about.
Eh i know he has a reputation but I've always like him as an actor.

I'm with the two posters above. I'm a Tom Cruise fan. Wouldn't say he is a great actor, wouldn't say too many of his movies are great. But he makes almost all of them watchable. Lately I thought Edge of Tommorrow was good. Even thought Jack Reacher was entertaining despite that type of movie being done to death. One of those assasin/badass movies just came on HBO starring Keanu Reeves and it was terrible. Same basic idea except Cruise makes it watchable.

a lot of good movies, Top Gun, MI series ( 1st one best ), a Few Good men, Rain Man ( Hoffman made that movie ), Minority Report, The Color of Money, Cocktail ... just to name a few
But I don't go to his movies because of him. I have to like the story line.

I used to live about a mile from this place and would walk by it all the time with my dogs....whenever i hear of tom cruise all i can think about is scientology and the weird looks some of those folks had and how they would hustle into vans in groups and had security on bikes going around the block 24/7...i guess your level in scientology might determine how high up you can go in the celebrity center building....i think i will pass on that one tommy
