I can understand players shaving points in games with large spreads, but the games they are talking about, it doesn't make sense.
Also, was the money spread out over several casinos, I am assuming and the lines don't come out until over night, so how were they meeting prior the games being played and knowing what the number would be.
Also, the video evidence imo is very weak. It wasn't a wild 3 point shot, that turnover at the end of the game occurs every other day with point guards.

What was odd about the video is it said he bet on Toledo to lose and sometimes WIN. I can understand betting them to lose if you got key players in your pocket, but to WIN and needing them to come through is risky, i don't care who they might of been playing, and if it was someone really shitty or small school there wouldn't even be a line.
