yeah. The bet would just be "will biden be inaugurated on jan. 20" If Biden is inaugurated on any other day you win, if Biden isn't inaugurated at all or Trump is, you win.
If Biden was to die and neither him nor Trump are inaugurated then its a push. Death would be the only reason for a push and for it to be a push Trump would also have to not be inaugurated.
For the credit thing, I am simply saying you don't need to take the time out of your day to send a check to Willie if you don't feel like it. I know you are good for it.
