Out of Iraq will never happen. There will be troop withdrawals and shifting some to Afghan..

Hell, some may even come home...the Iraq crisis is OVER. The SURGE worked. Why do you think the radicals have begun attacks in Afghan.

The US will now have airfields, bases, troops, weapons, tanks, planes, guns, bombs, nukes, hand grenades all over the middle east.
