Below is a post that you made recently. I would like some clarification on your part. You words speak of arabs "striking back" due to being treated as "lackeys" and your general tone suggests not only a justification for their actions on 9/11, but also some not so subtle admiration for their acts. Are you suggesting that the United States deserved the attack on 9/11? You also said in another post that US anger should be directed at Saudi Arabia and not Iraq, but if they were justified, why should we be angry at all? Perhaps you could also enlighten us all as to the war(s) that the United States waged on Arab/Muslim nations prior to 9/11. I can think of one where we kicked one Arab nation (Iraq) out of another nation (Kuwait) that they had invaded. And I can also think of the United States providing military and financial assistance to help Muslims beat back Soviet invasion in Afghanistan, and avoid ethnic cleansing in the former Yugoslavia. Maybe someone as "enlightened" as yourself can remind us of "wars" that seemingly never took place.

It's comforting to know that would-be terrorists like you are in this world. Of course, you are something of a hero to the other "hate america" crowd around here. Guys like Jack Dee, Grantt, Lander and of course are multiple personality/poster friend The General, errrrr I mean Danny May.

There's nothing wrong with being against this war, you people are entitled to your opinion. But some of the things I've seen posted by the anti-war crowd here is simply despicable.

It should be well known by now that over years of treating the arab nations of the middle east like lackeys was the "first punch".

They got up and struck back on 9/11.

So, your american tough guy method backfired in this case, didn't it?

I also agree with all of you. Some of these Anti War Northamericans make such absurd posts that they seem like ultimate traitors. If you are against the war and against the US, then why dont you move to Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Iraq, or Qatar. Or better yet, why dont you go to a terrorist training camp and pull another John Walker.

I WAS WONDERING ABOUT THIS MYSELF JOSE. I THINK THIS WAR WAS NECCESARY TO GET RID OF THIS MADMAN BEFORE HE GETS STRONG ENOUGH TO REALLY CAUSE TROUBLE.

I suspect some of them would like to see the US become a socialist hell hole.

How is my comment any different from the US govt. making predictions that there will be terrorist strikes? I don't see that it is.
To say that the US "had it coming to them" because of past provocation has absolutely nothing to do with sympathizing with terrorists. I am NOT saying that the people should bear the brunt of the actions of their govt. It is telling that the terrorists chose to strike against symbols of western capital and military strength. This should not simply be taken as a general attack against america. It had its focus and its message.
You ask for conflicts/wars (differences in semantics):
1991-2003 UN/US sanctions on Iraq
1948-Present - Backing of Israeli state with little resolve regarding the idea of a separate Palestinian nation

In many cases the pressure is indirect: US govt.-local govt.- ethnic groups; as in India regarding conflicts between the Muslims and Hindus.
All in all, I find your tone quite accusatory with little attempt made at an actual refutation of my remarks. The rest of the right-wing lapdogs here jumped on the wagon to badmouth the left here and congratulate a slightly relevant attack by a less relevant poster.
Or do I misinterpret here as well?
