Again, every vegan I see is overweight. These people shove bread and hummus down their throats as if that is healthy eating.
If you want to tell yourself that, go right ahead.
Hummus has almost zero nutritional value.
I seriously doubt that hummus and bread is all they eat though.

In fact, incidences of US cancer for women have flatlined and declined by 2% for men over the last 10 years.
