Tips On Renting Out TimeShares??

I had success last year of renting out my mother in law's timeshare in Va Beach, but it seems to be luck.

Now someone else in the family heard I did and asked me too rent theirs out in Myrtle Beach

Both are truly very spectacular deals, but other than craigslist and facebook, I have no idea how you go about renting these out...

Any tips? Anyone ever use a 3rd party company? What are the charges for such?

a few years ago... and a friend of mine owns like 10 Timeshares ... and he uses them all the time.

I believe there are more than a few here at the RX have as well. Think there are a couple of threads about Timeshares

I think if you use a 3rd party company, they take 25-40%...in myrtle beach
