The Utes will win hands down if they make Carrington a big part of their offensive scheme.
Zona is a young team and a weakness can be found among their secondary. Utah's defense
is stout but I still think The Wildcats will be able to put points on the board. Lotta points but
I give the edge to the Utes to win the side. Just an opinion at this point but I feel pretty
good about it. Zona is primarily a bunch of 19-year olds. I'm not so sure they will have the
same endurance as Utah.

Well, he took a hard hit but he was also playing like ass so I'd say he was slightly hurt but sucking as well. Think they were down 21 at the time to Boise at home. 2nd stringer came in and rallied them in OT.
Benched was correct. He was ineffective against a bad Boise St defense. Leach has some Spurrier in him, you don't play well, I'll go with the other guy

Finally a few things began popping out of the boards and catching my eye.
Anyone that knows me knows that my standards are set pretty high so
I hope everyone benefits.

Here are my initial reactions to this week's board.

** OR -8/ASU (1st H) I'd probably go to 14 or 17 -- the Ducks in the first half are $$$
CO+11/UW The Buffs are a lot better than people think, esp at home -- It will be interesting to see how MacIntyre handles Pettis
CAL/USC O58 -- I also come up with USC-13½ compared to -16½ at the book -- Very impressed with Justin Wilcox
WSU -28/NV The Wildcats rule the Palouse -- Faulk has been awesome

Lean against UCLA +7½ @ Stanford

ASU is a play against team. Coach is on way out the door and players know it. They have been outstatted in each game this year (NMSU, SD St, Tx Tech). With their defense, not sure how they slow down the Ducks offense. Oregon has jumped on teams early this year with last two games being 42-10 and 42-14 at the half. GL and glad to see you back posting

Everyone has a bad day once in a while.
Looks like Faulk had his but he's over it.

Thanx Dexter. Yes I love the play. It sticks out to me above all others.

WinOne,
Something I have noticed in the past...
Often a HC on his way out of town will sell his home
as soon as possible. Tedford put his $8 million house
up for sale early in the year then sold it and moved out
when he was fired later in the year. They know these
things ahead of time.

I haven't checked up on Todd Graham but it wouldn't
surprise me if there's been movement that way.

ASU touched ball 3x and got TD, TD, FG and now getting punt to start 2Q. brutal defense with 9 first downs allowed and nearly 100 rush yards in 1Q
