I must say that today has been a blessing, looking back on May 2<sup>nd</sup> when I watched everything that Steve, Jae and Glenn worked for over 2 years go up in fire in a matter of moments.<o

As I look back on over 10 weeks of construction, the transformation that has taken place to the Time Out Tavern has brought huge smiles on our customers’ faces and non stop compliments.<o

The newly remodeled Time Out Tavern offers a very open feeling; we now have an insulated cathedral ceiling to help with the sounds of the rainy season and an exhaust system that will take care of heat and smoke issues.<o

*Our bar has taken on a whole new look along with its shape. It is very simple and free of any clutter which will allow our customers full view of any of 11 flat screen TV’s which can all function on different sports events.<o

*VIP section which will comfortably seat 20 people. There will be 2 four tops and 2 six tops, each table will have its own mini flat screen TV.<o

*The kitchen has been expanded to allow more equipment (75% of the equipment was built new to spec) There is double the work room for our employees to help give our customers the very best food quality and cut down on prep time.<o

*Our Bathrooms have doubled in size. The men’s room has a private stall and 2 urinals. The ladies room has 2 stalls; a handicap stall and a regular stall a nice size mirror and a sink. <o

Today we served a partial menu just to test out how our newly designed kitchen would operate. We got packed!! I watched the chef run around like a chicken with no head, he handled it very well but his new environment threw him for a loop.<o

I would like to say thank you for all the kindness that so many people have extended to us during our rebuild. <o

We appreciate our customer very much, if it was not for them would not be where we are now. <o

Just to let people know - they actually aren't serving lunch right now. Been there two days in a row and had my dreams crushed. Hopefully will be sorted out soon.
