We definitely agree on that. That is pure nonsense. If you own a business, you should be able to hire or fire whoever you want. If I own a team and I decide not to hire a great black coach, then it is on me. Let me suffer but don't make me interview or whatever dog and pony show they do. That is the craziest thing. Leave it to a billionaire business to do it.
I know many companies that will only hire ex-athletes ( small time) and only attractive people under 30.....Some of these companies are bigger than the NFL. Stryker Medical is one.
Hell no. I never actually date girls that swing that way. An occasional blowjob or something, sure but they are just beneath me. I just think black qb's in an NFL offense are funny. It never works out. That is the crazy thing. If it worked out they would be starting in their 30's. People just get enamored for a couple seasons and then come back to reality. You see it time and time again.
So and so is great... 2 years later... out of the league...then it happens again. There will always be black quarterbacks that have a couple good seasons here and there but have you ever seen one that was constant for 15 years? Closest was Donovan McNabb.
Great qb's of the last decade. You know the names. They all have the same qualities. It is not even remotely debateable.
what I'm saying is there is a lot more black players in the NBA and the NFL then white players...I don't see any rules set up to try and even that out... So why should there be a rule to help get more minority coaches in the NFL ? what's the point of an interview other then to increase the amount of minorities ?
