Time change

Is there a way to change the time, I am not very good with subtraction , especially when I have to subtract 4 from 12, you have to carry #s and do a bunch of things I am not very good at, Beside there is no place for math in gambling(I read that somewhere).Is there a control on our panel we can change or does everyone have GMT? do big deal just wondering.

there is a way in your preferences JW..in your profile you can make it any time zone you want.....at the bottome of your profile when you go to edit it

That is Greenwich, England home of the Prime Meridian or 0 degrees longitude as established at the Prime Meridian conference in Washington, October 1884.

English Navigators had used The Royal Observatory at Greenwich as the Prime Meridian for many years to calculate their longitude based on the Greenwich time of the local noon, (there are 15 degrees deviation per hour deviation from Greenwich time). Local noon is determined by your exact longitude, but for convenience we use 1 hour time zones rather than finer divisions.
