I was playing other night in local casino at a 1-2 game.

I was into it for 200 and down to around 50 bucks. I had had a couple bad beats, some bad flops with big pre-flop raise and flop bet and lost a lot my chips.

It was not going good as I only seen mid pairs 7 times and highest pair were kings. I got caught in a horid flop and all-in bet that forced me out of the kings hand.

I was down to my last 50 and was under the gun as first to act. I decided to call the 2 bucks on

I was bored and been a long night folding. I also thought this may be a point to pull an unexpected bluff to gather up some blinds. Basically survival mode and looking for any small increases. Someone bets out 6 and 5 people call including myself. So the pots close to 40.

Out comes the flop.

I flopped 2 pair and first to act. I dont hesitate and move all-in Two players take some time to think about it before folding including the raise.
Im thinking the possibility of someone flopping a straight or higher to pair is not good. Even with the lose players at the table.

Sure enough though player 3 calls me and rest fold. As soon as he called I looked to guy to my right and said I am beat hes got a straight.

I dont remember the next two cards I was gathering my stuff up and busy mumbling to myself. The odds of actually catching a 6 or 7 were out there. One player told me he folded a six and another told me folded a 7. So I was drawing for 2 cards.

I dont think I was on tilt. I had a bad beat about 30 minutes before that with a river 4th spade to give a another player a higher flush then mine. I had time to think about that hand and analyze it.

Either way it sent me walking out the door pissed off :evil:

I dont care what anyone says at the end of my playing time if I loose I get pissed off lol I dont Im alone....am I?? :lol:

You have no reason to be pissed off. You played it exactly right IMO. That's poker. If you limped, and he moved all in, you weren't going to fold, were you?

The sun will rise tomorrow. The cards will be dealt again tomorrow. Shake it off and forget it.

The only time I get a little pissed is when I make a bad play that I know is a bad play. That's not what happened to you here.

I got to agree with both of you. On the 1 hand ,yes im the sorest loser you'll ever meet...i hate it, it makes me sick to my stomach...Im hellmuth,devilfish and matsow combined without the mouth of any of em.

Then again doing it as Ol Merle says is the main reason im winning lately...i get a beat i fire up another tourny and TRY to move on....Ive been winning a good bit since ive gotten this under control. Still in the bigger tournys ,where like this weekend i played a $300 , a $200 and 2 for WSOP seats...i get to emontional still...Got coldecked forever in that $300 and really tilted...missed that WSOP satty by 2 spots and it got even worse.....So still got a ways to go....

not sure what that person was thinking. Terrible play. If that was for a WSOP 10k buy in and 10 people left and at a live table, i probably would've beat the living shit out of him.

I thought with the raise PF and the all-in ck raise it surely looked like an overpair of some sort or a flush draw with maybe Axc.....actually the hand i have has got to be the very bottom of the range id do this with...Which coincidently is the ONLY hand he's currently ahead of ...

I notice alot of weird shit like this at the Stars steps tournaments and the WSOP ones. I personally believe they have bots in them and no longer mess with them.. just too much weird shit occurs.
