Despite a rather lackluster weekend at the U.S. Open, and his second worst finish ever at the event as a professional, Tiger Woods is still the betting favorite at the British Open.
According to bovada.lv, Tiger is 6-to-1, with Lee Westwood coming in at the second favorite at 11-to-1 and then Rory McIlroy at 12-to-1. It shouldn't come as much of a surprise that Tiger is atop since he's the biggest name in sports and the idea of a sports book is to make money, but still, not a great number for a guy that continues to be inconsistent in majors.
The rest of the lines are below, with U.S. Open champion Webb Simpson coming in at 40-to-1 to win back-to-back majors.
