My take fwiw, I think he has been dependent on drugs, pain killers, Xanax, ambien for years because of back pain. Now after his run in with the lawman he has gone to rehab and recommitted to being sober. Best thing to ever happen was to get the dui imo, he recommitted himself to getting sober and now is going to make a comeback, I wouldn’t be surprised if he became #1 in the world again in a few years
