Thursday's Banana Split

Pretty short card but I see some value in one line.

So we have the 2-6 Idaho St. Bengals comming in to visit the Wis. Green Bay Phoenix.

Idaho st is shooting a slightly higher percentage while facing much stiffer competition than wisc GB. They lost their first two games to useless teams, one of which isn't even Div 1. All of their wins came to junk teams while Idaho St. even kept it strong against teams such as wisconsin where they lost by 2 in wisky.

I'm really not the type of person to play the underdog, it's just not in my blood, but I have a feeling that Idaho st. comes out with the win here, but just in case, I'll take the 10 points.

Idaho St. +10 (1 unit)

Kansas st is having a pretty good season except for their last game at Oregon. They won't come out and do that twice in a row, especially not in what is esentially a home game.

Sothern Miss just doesn't have what it will take to hang on with Kansas st. in this hostile environment.

Kansas st -5 (2.5 units)

When the half time lines come out, nail Kansas st. because Southern Miss has a tendency to come out even weaker in the first half.

I'm getting tired so I won't write this one up, but I feel this fairfield team is very strong this year.

Fordham is just rediculously horrid.

I just rebought at the new line just in case, since 2 points is a pretty big swing. Go idaho! On the flipside, kansas is now -6 and fairfield -9.

If you bet it last night at +10, and bought it back with Wisconsin - GB at -12... YOU BETTER PRAY THE GAME DOESN'T FINISH WITH WISCONSIN - GB winning by 11!

Up to +12 now, and I'm having a hard time understanding the line move. Only possible explanation is Idaho st's 3rd game in 6 days. Other than that, they have been playing great, beating Utah and hanging tough with Wisconsin despite being a 20 point dog.

After the Wisconsin game, according to an Idaho sports blog, they have been in Wisc-Green Bay since yesterday, so the road travel should not be a factor here. I'm playing first half +7, just in case fatigue is a factor.

That is certainly different from "BUY BACK" which means betting other side to cancel bet.

Just hope Wellwood did what you said and not what I originally thought. :toast:

It was Wellwood's post that I misunderstood. He used the word "rebought," and that had me puzzled. Everything's straightened out. Wellwood actually played some more Idaho State at the current line of +12. It's all good.

So you now have 2 1st half plays?

At The Greek, the first 1/2 lines for the games currently are:

Fairfield -4.5

Kansas -3.5

Are these the lines you're getting? :think2:

Really like the Idaho state play. I know you can't put to much in common opponents but Idaho state just beat UTah by 4 while UWGB lost to them by 19 early in the season.,. i think they will cover this spread!

Sorry everybody. Wasn't all that good of a night, but hell could have been alot worse.

Wish I had been home to play the halftime lines.

Oh well. It happens. At least all 3 didn't lose haha.
