I want to make everyone aware that "Harvey" is rolling into Memphis as we speak. I live at the top of Mississippi and can throw a rock and hit Tn. The over/under is dropping rapidly. I am going to play under and hope to make an over bet later today for hopefully a decent middle bet. The Liberty bowl is open air. Heavy rain and up to 45 mph gusts are expected. This stadium ( been there many times ) is breezy anyway. Just fyi to everyone and good luck.
