Pure and simply - Marketing, which drives Sales, which means a $$$$ for the handicapper and or the stable of Cappers he is within.

90%, if not more, of "Handicappers" are Marketers selling picks to make money. Not making an opinion on Goodfella, but with that said, a lot of these people are scum selling dreams that will never come to fruition. If you are great picking games, you do not need to sell your picks. As with everything in life there are always exceptions. In this industry, they are extremely rare.

Did you get that at the other forum? Might wanna check that. The date says Dec 10 when they played LSU ans got 12.5.it was also edited by a moderator on that date as opposed to just postin the play if it actually is NC Wilmington And there is a similar line today hovering around 10.5-12.5. So, not sure if that is the play if that is the case
