Analysis: My fair line on this game is LA Chargers +2.5, giving us value through the key number of 3.


In my opinion, the main reasoning for this line being 3.5 is the Chargers injury report, but it appears to look better then anticipated. Latest practice reports have WR Mike Williams, WR Keenan Allen, and RG Trai Turner practicing.


Vegas is dealing with injury concerns of their own, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Clelin Ferrell, CB Damon Arnette, LB Nicholas Morrow, and SS Johnathan Abram are all in danger of missing this game.


The Raiders have been out played mightily in two of their last three games against Atlanta and Indianapolis, and were obviously very fortunate to escape with a win against the Jets. This is a team playing it's worst ball of the year, specifically on the defensive side of the ball.


If the Chargers are missing key offensive pieces, this line is correct. If they are healthy (specifically Keenan Allen), we have clear value on the Chargers.
