Small total plays....
ark state/app state over 55:
i don't think ark state has a good defense and hasn't in the past few years but I like what they do offensively. They are full of gadgets and run the ball well. I don't think they get shut down by app state who just played a draining triple OT game against Troy. I expect their defense to be a little tired and banged up. Ark state may be able to cover +10 but I'm just not sold on that yet. I'll check back at the half. Regardless both teams should put points and I see app state winning 41-30
miss. State / mizzou under 43:
mizzou is so offensively challenged it's mind numbing. Miss state is the same team we saw last year. Both teams struggle to score consistently and mizzou at home is tough to score on period. Ugly ball game. 23-13, Bulldogs

bulls -2 (-105)
kent state has a good Mac defense but have absolutely zero offensive threats or offense in general for that matter. Buffalo has licata at QB who is very seasoned and steady. Both rushing attacks are about the same and I expect both teams to lean on their defense and run games. Ultimately you have to throw the ball to win, and Kent state just can't do that. Buffalo has shown the ability with licata over the years. So while this game may be dreadful to watch I'll take the Bulls to win somehow some way and I'm pretty confident about that. Just can't see Kent state beating buffalo in any way. I really want to just play the money line but I don't like the -130 vig.... To high... Hope this isn't a one point win lol, I'd want to punch myself in the face. The Bulls should prevail here, and a fg wins it for me so I'll take it.

first half play:
k-state +10
i think Bill Snyder is hanging it up for good after the season and the team knows that. They are struggling bad on offense but the defense is usually consistent. Snyder is as crafty as they come and knows how to prep and rebound for huge games. Cue Baylor...... Baylor travels to what is likely going to be a rowdy and rocking Manhattan Kansas crowd, and they are doing t with a freshman QB at the helm now. Stidham is highly touted but this environment is hostile and he has a shit ton of pressure riding on him. Baylor won't be able to simply hand it off and beat k state easily, they will have to throw the ball. I'm sure Snyder has prepped his defense to take away the run as much as possible and force the young buck to throw the football. Eventually freshman make mistakes. Snyder is going to slow this game down to a snails pace and I can see k state keeping it close in the first half before adjustments are made at half. Position and talent wise Baylor is better hands down, everywhere across the board..... But this is a young kid at QB with a lot riding on how he performs so I'll take my chances with the savvy defense and long tenured coach I the first half. Need the crowd to play big and the defense to play bigger. Not a huge bet, only 3* and 50$ but enough that I like it
