The Flames have had a nice visit to the Big Apple, and I expect them to complete the sweep of New York area teams here at the Garden tonight!!! Calgary won on Monday on Long Island against the Islanders 4-2, and then on Tuesday they went to the Meadowlands to beat New Jersey 3-2. The Flamers top goalie Turek is injured, but his backup McLendan has come up big!!! The Rangers have won just 5 of their first 15 games this season, and 3 of their first 9 at home.

The red-hot Wild won here on October 26th 6-1, and they’re coming off a 5-2 win over the Kings at Los Angeles on Monday night. Minnesota is 9-2-2 in their first 13 games this season, and the Coyotes are just 1-3 at home this season & 1-3 playing off a win!!!

The red-hot Bruins are a very live underdog as they’re 7-1-2 in their last ten games overall, and they’ve managed to win two of their last three games at Detroit. The Red Wings have struggled this season as they’re just 6-5-2 in their first 13 games this season, and they’ve won just three of their first seven at home!!!

The Blues have won nine straight games outscoring their opponents 41-14 in the process, and they beat the Jackets here 7-1 on October 17th. Columbus has lost their first three road games this season, and they’ve lost their last four games at St. Louis being outscored here 7-19!!!

The Thrashers are 1-9-1 in their first eleven games this season, but only three of their nine losses have come by two or more goals. The Blackhawk’s are 5-3 at home this season, but only two of their five home wins have come by two or more goals!!!
