RECORD YTD 48-31 (.607)
SIDES 33-21 (.611)
TOTALS 15-10 (.600)

Had the worse beat of the season here yesterday with Atlanta.

Milwacky is looking to sweep Miami for the first time in 13 years. Milwacky has won 4 in a row while Miami has lost 4 in a row including the last 2 at home. Miami is still 13-3 ATS as a home favorite despite losing the last two. Miami is missing Wade and wobbling ATS, they'll be up tonight to avoid the sweep.

I like the UNDER in this situation rather than the Side. Wade was their top assist man and in my opinion the straw that stirred their offense.

Miami without Wade,is coming off a League Record for 4th Qtr futility as they teamed up with Toronto to only score 19 total points in the Quarter. (An optimist would say, "Hey good defense for Miami, holding Toronto to 11"). Miami made only 2 of 19 shots.

Miami got on a good run right after the All Star game as their defense set up their offense, they got cocky and now find themselves in a 4 game losing streak. With Wade gone, look for Miami to turn to their defense to right the ship.

Milwacky is playing on a backtoback and that means tired legs and short shots. A cursory look at the second games on backtobacks for Milwacky reveals that they are usually lower scoring than the previous game. (10-3-1. Out of 14 games the second game was higher than its predecessor only 3 times with 1 tie.) Milwacky games average out to 187 as a road dog.

The highest total for Miami this season has been 195.5 and that was against this Milwacky club a few games ago. It went Over helped by Miami's 37 point fourth Qtr. Dont see them repeating that, hopefully their offensive futility from last game carries over. Tonights total is also 195.5 the highest for a Miami home game.

Miami goes back to where they found success earlier. DEFENSE

Unbelievable. I almost poured money into this debacle. At least that didn't happen. 1 unit wagered.

It all really has to do with style of play. Milwaukee plays 0 defense.

I've seen more uncontested layups and matador-style defense by Milwaukee than I've seen in a long time. This is one of the worst defensive teams I've ever seen. They don't have a single player that plays defense. This is absurd.

This game goes in the category of "What was I thinking?". If this game covers, it will be a message from God.

Sorry guys. It's actually MY fault.

I needed a few wins so I jumped on the Occam bandwagon starting last night with Atlanta. Looks like bad timing on my part.

Great job though O. I'll suffer through it.

Its capping my own games that got me in trouble in the first place.

Sometimes when things arent going right, it's nice to sit back and ride someone hot. If I'm nailing a solid 47% and someone else is doing a "bit" better than that, I see no reason to keep playing MY games.

That being said, I am just frustrated to lose regardless. Occam is (at least one of) the best NBA capper on this site.

I'll ride it out... and who knows. The game isnt over.

I am not bagging on OR. He IS one of the best NBA cappers on this board. That doesn't mean I have to blindly follow all his picks.
