IDK, I thought this team was going to be solid from the get go because of their experienced and talented guards, I thought DD would continue his emergence from the end of last year, but their interior play as been so bad that the team started off far below expectations. Bazz doesn't always bring it either, and when he's playing soft everybody else goes soft. They are the worst rebounding UConn team I've ever seen. I lowered my expectations.
then in their last game against UCF they totally dominate the boards against a good rebounding team. Their 7' freshmen center Brimah had a sensational game. Will this team continue to rebound or was it a fluke? Did Brimah have a breakout game or was it a fluke? Will they play hard for 40 minutes or will they resume their 50/50 game effort?
IDK the answers, I may know a lot more after tonight.
I like what I'm seeing the last two games, appear to be developing an inside game which will make them pretty darn good
hope they're not increasing my expectations just to break me down again
(not to mention take my money)
