That's exactly the same as opening at 4.5 and moving to 5 (since it's a 4 point game).

If the Spurs can get a lead in the 3rd quarter, they will slow the pace down... They haven't scored 54 in a quarter yet (half of 108)... thats my logic, hoping for 2 low scoring quarters and for San Antonio to win.
