Thoughts on NYM ML -260 over Colorado for early Thursday 13th game?

I never ever lay so much juice on a ML play, so I'd like opinions on the probability of this particular one cashing.

I'm very tempted to bet it. On the face of it, it looks like a "sure thing."

Yet, we know there are no such things (e.g., "sure things") in sports gambling.

Is anyone here playing NYM ML in this game at this price?

I had Detroit over KC last night and today i like the Rockies to actually show up and possibly win this baby .. Bunch of decent cappers are all over the Mets . This one reminds of the Nats a few days ago vs the Rockies with Scherzer going in a must win spot for Wash . , only to lose 6-4 ... I actually grabbed the Rockies earlier Plus + 1 1/2 at Betus when Mets were - 300 ... Probably get crushed with this pick ... hunch play for me ... Fade or Play / Good Luck

Thanks for your response, Kaboom! I really appreciate it. My "Incubus sense" is warning me to stay clear from this play. I'm on the fence. I've seen heavy favorites get crushed before, and this could be one of those games.

Take the -1.5 on mets. All or nothing at all.

I like to parlay these -260 games with another side or total. But, always have to cap the game otherwise just burning your money. I got burned taking Yanks this year as heavy favorites of about the same juice, they lost to Philadelphia back to back.
