i LOVE it

i went to a few avengers' games a few years ago and fell in love with it. i haven't had that much fun at a "pro" sporting event in some time - if ever!

if you have the chance to see a game in person - GO! the games are a blast!

What we must get is more tv coverage. NBC picked it up but i only got maybe 2 games a week. Need more exposure.

Don't pay much attention to it. But would love to see them play it with skates on the ice. Just think of the speed and mayhem. Now that would be a novel and unique sport and something I could get into.

Dont be sorry Dante. You should be jealous of those that can enjoy the game, for they will have some pleasure of football after the superbowl

Love it- Scale down my plays and still get that football buzz after the Super Bowl. Love playing totals, especially when it is set at 117. I'll take the over!

That's what I mean buddy. You can enjoy watching NBA and I am a bit jealous as I cannot.

Dante you should put $50 bucks on a game and it won't be as boring. I think AFL is one of the easiest sports to cap.

--Made an effort last year to cap the AFL and to my surprise did really well, got some good info from different sites for updated injuries and info., what put me over the top often were betting 10 pts teasers, hopefully this year is the same, after many years of sports gambling some of the best action is found in less exposed sports like CFL, WNBA, AFL..GL guys

I love Arena Ball. I love to watch it, follow it and pick winners. I think out of 16 weeks last year, I only had 2 or 3 losing weeks. I also picked Tampa to win the arena bowl on a futures play at midseason.

Things I DON'T like about arena ball are the books that juice up the totals to -115 or -120 (ala Olympic) and those books that wait until game day to post a line (BoDog). Those guys are a bunch of pansies.

Arena is a lot easier to beat than NFL. Linesmakers simply don't have a clue, and base it all on perception. In NFL, the public might move a line a point or two from where it is, but Arena lines were routinely 7 points off (and while the averae margin of victory was slightly larger in Arena, it wasn't that much higher).

Not all books were taking Arena action last year. Being on NBC all season really helped the Arena league, and now most books offer Arena lines. This year, NBC will televise more game, and there are 3 expansion teams (for a total of 19). It's a perfect substitution for NFL during the spring.
