ya mcdonald scares me, but hes young and there trying to get him some experience. and to see how big his balls are before playoff time. but as a whole they do have a very good bulpen with the addition to sherill, not deep but pretty good.
although i think this was a very good move by the dodgers, i think they missed the boat to become possible world series favorites (or atleast way up there) before lee and martinez were traded from cleveland the dodgers were in the running for both. and i think they should have tried a little harder to get them. if they got rid of loney, possibly martin, and a few prospects(dodgers have some very good minor league prospects). that would of allowed them to have another every day speed guy with pierre in the outfield, move eithier to first, which isnt to much to ask. and by adding martinez they would have added an everyday bat with experience, instead of thome who will only get one at bat a game. not to mention lee who is a complete stud, giving the dodgers one of the best 4 men rotations in the league (lee, kershaw, billingsly, wolf). shit i could pitch in the 5 spot behind those four and the dodgers would still win.
just my two cents, but guess its to late
