Why Play Wyoming? They are Simply PUTRID!
There has to be a better game to bet on, isn't there? Wyoming is a team DEAD MAN WALKING like Idaho.
Getting 23 points is simply not enough for this lame ass Cowboys team to cover versus a much more poweful Utes squad.
This game has BLOWOUT written all over it - by at least 28 to 31 points.
Wyoming (2-4) was shut out at New Mexico (3-3) last week, 24-0. The Cowboys gained just 201 yards and turned the ball over three times. On the season,
Wyoming now ranks #119 nationally in total offense (257.2 yards/game) and
dead last in the country in turnover margin (-2.3/game). Their average of 257.2 total yards per game is second-worst in the FBS ahead of only Florida International, and their 22 turnovers are the most.
Utah boasts the nation's #6 ranked rush defense, allowing just 65.5 rushing yards per game, and it seems unlikely that Wyoming will be able to find much offensive success this weekend.
Given their tight win, Utah fell from #7 to #13 in the power rankings this week, while Wyoming fell from #91 to #109.
Among Football Bowl Subdivision teams, the Cowboys have the fewest touchdowns (six) and fewest points per game (9.3).
Wyoming has been outscored 91-3 in Mountain West play, including shutout losses to BYU and New Mexico in its last two conference games.
The Utes have shut out the Cowboys three times in winning seven of the last eight meetings, including a 50-0 victory in Utah last season.
Good luck with your Wyoming play!
Don't hate the player, hate the game. Soumi
