I think "I'm on the other side" type negativity is absolutely fine. But personal attacks, or over the top negativity gains us nothing. Remember we are here to gain insight/information before we lay our money down.
I'm old. But I see a really concerning trend in America. Social media, pod casts, websites etc., are no longer there for people to learn, but to bash the other side. We seem too deeply entrenched in our positions to let in new data. Bashing here, seems to relate to that trend, at least to me.
