Actually, my primary source of opinions on Tiny's increasing criminal legal burdens comes from about a dozen ex federal prosecutors as they each spell out in significant detail why he is so hopelessly fucked. I can only presume Warren listens to them as well

I am a hearty Democratic member, a happy capitalist (thus my easily panning any yak yak re Bernie Sanders) and I am fraternal with many, many other business owning Democratic party members. Likely our main difference with most GOP business owners is few - if any - of us ever burn fantasy hours dreaming of being a "billionaire". Rather, we target a net income in the solid six figure range along with helping to move the USA more into line with the rest of the Western world instead of closer to countries admired by trumpCo (Russia, Saudi Arabia, N Korea, Brazil)

Strikingly, these conversations yielded a similar view: The Democratic political community is more broadly and deeply pessimistic about Biden’s potential candidacy than is commonly known. While these strategists said they respect Biden, they cited significant disadvantages for his campaign — from the increasingly liberal and non-white Democratic electorate to policy baggage from his years in the Senate and a field of rivals that includes new, fresh-faced candidates.
