Guys I made a couple of silly posts today just having some fun. Didn't drink as much as I would have people believe nor do I really ever. Just part of my posting persona. But I do smoke sad to say.

But the last three or four hours been having stabbing chest pains and they ain't getting any better. In fact they are getting worse. I'm 57 and I don't really take good care of myself. Want real bad to watch my T'Wolves game and but I'm finally letting Mrs. Jones take me to the local ER.

Here's hoping I'm back with you soon.

Probably nothing Jonsie.....Don't sweat it, but it's good to have it checked just in case. Here's a little story......I consider myself healthier than most, but a few years ago I felt some strange pains in the chest, and it was running down my left arm. I finally went to the hospital to have it checked, but my mind started playing tricks on me, being worried something was wrong with me at what would be considered a young age to have such problems, I began to feel as though I couldn't breathe as well! The nurses, doctors put that little thing on my finger and said I was getting plenty of air, that it was just in my head/nerves. I lay there for a while with the EKG hooked up to me as they gave it time so they could check it out....Low and behold, here comes some people, nurses & doctors wheeling in an old man who just had a heart attack. Now, of all places, they wheel his bed RIGHT BESIDE ME! The old man is dying and they are trying to get his heart beating again desperately! Guys, this was the last thing I needed to be hearing or seeing at that time!

The old man finally dies.....OF A HEART ATTACK LET ME REMIND YOU, and the doc tells his wife to come in to say her goodbyes. Man Oh Man.....not someting you want to go through when your freakin chest is already hurting before~hand!!

Turned out to be stress.........

Mrs. Jones made the right decision in taking you to the ER. Simple indigestion or gas can be painful and extremely uncomfortable, with similar symptoms as a heart attack. People often put chest pains off as just this, only to discover that it really was the heart, and by putting it off as gas or indigestion has resulted in what could be severe and irreversable damage. Always get checked out if you experience chest pains, whether your 57 or 27.
Hopefully your sitting in emerge as I type this, enjoying that yummy charcoal to relieve indigestion. MMMMmmmmmm ... liquid charcoal.

Chest pains are nothing to mess around with.....minutes can literally be the difference between life and death.

Do not hesitate ONE MINUTE before getting youself checked out if you are in this situation.
