I'm still trying to figure out how Schilling is the dog against a 2nd rate pitcher.

I think he will do great tonight.

How is Lieber a second-rate pitcher? He beat the Red Sox once already. Lieber has pitched great in September and October.

There is no justification for the Yankees being the favorite today.

Boston is the play as well as the under 9.5 total runs.

Trap Line....Maybe...But the books knew which way this would move, right?
Schilling was not himself Oct. 12 and doubt a miraculous recovery has taken place in 7 days. Watched latest bull pen and he did not look right. Forget the Reebok shoe. He will be shot up prior to game. His pre-game interview looked shaky, like he was trying to sell himself as well as the press, that he was OK. Will stick with the bats and play the over 10. Overall Defense has been weak. What will happen in the moist, cold, pressurized elimination game (Manny, Sheff, etc.)?
