This Laker team is favored to win it all?

Wow, I will not even hedge my Rocket $L. Already cashed 1pt dog for first half. No way this Laker squad should be favored over Spurs in a series without home field. Even Yao is knocking people down. Payton is borderline useless. Bench good once out of 5 games. Fox is liability, can't score and barely defends. Slava is out. Malone is thinking about hanging it up. Would sure like to see a 7 game series here. Best Wishes...OF

Not by many around these parts. L.A. is one big head case. Still, they figure to get by Houston. (hopefully not tonight though) Might take 7.

Defensive will decide it , I can`t see them beating San Antonio either...Fox is hurt thats why he can`t stop anyone, old players trying to defend , the Spurs should win...

The Lakers can`t shut down teams anymore at the end of the game...

LA v SA is no given. The Lakers may decide to pack it in, like they did on their home court last season. Hopefully no cryin this go round.

General, Four or five teams can win it all. But I know you wouldn't lay 4-5 on L.A. like some did. Oh no, not the good General. It's obvious you didn't just fall off the 'mater truck. G.L.

My opinion, Spurs and Lakers will be 5/2 co favorites after this Laker setback. And it could get worse. I think Lakers are in dire straights, right now. In this Rocket series. Best Wishes...OF

even if the lakers advance, they will be so beat up and tired from this series. even if it's just 5 games. this has been a very physical and trying series so far. the spurs will probably sweep the griz doing nothing but what they did down the strecth of the RS to advance.

the spurs are just playing their game its not a big deal to them.

Just missed, cashed 1 unit first half, 2 units $L, lost 1 unit back, Lakers 2nd half. Gained value on Spurs and TWolfs futures. Victory cigar, cognac and rubdown, on tap. Lakers have problems galore, Payton useless and disgruntled. Sits 2 4ths in a row. Chewing out Kupchak and putting himself ahead of team, even when they won. Malone hinting of this is it. No defense, Kadobe bricking again, Shaq at the charity <50%. OMNIVOROUS FROG favorite food is Lakerfade, especially on road laying points. This is playoff basketball. Best Wishes...OF

Good call OF.

JMan, hit the nail on the head. Lakers falter late.

Wil, I think I'll take the Rockets in game four. How do you see it?

Same opener, Lakes - 1 1/2. I will play it the same, first half +point, $L for game. No doubt in Rockets minds now as they withstood the challenge. Lakers false favorite again. Lakers drop to 1-2 ATS this playoffs. I'm thinking they lose once more Sunday, then take two out of three. 6 Billion Chinese fans loving the NBA. Best Wishes...OF

I agree with OF, I played it similarly, Hous H1, but I failed with LAL H2. My series play on Hous, doesn't look bad.

Lakers are poor bet to win it all, look bad !

Vegassports - I have to like the Rockets on the ML. No need to take plus small points and lay juice. Play Rockets to win game outright on Sunday.

We ought to thank them for being so lacking when it comes to teamwork and chemistry. Without this series this would undoubtedly be the worst first round ever. This is such a joke with all these favorites winning. Not only are they winning, they are toying with the opposition and not giving them a chance in many cases. Hard to believe how just a year ago the first round was a lot of fun to watch. The Jazz were giving the Kings a fight, the Lakers were down to the TWolves, the Spurs had lots of dogfights with the Suns, etc. This year we will be lucky to have one competitive series and it looks like Houston is the one bringing it.

Kings have never had an answer for TWolfs. They have a very bad defense, bad opp fg% and very bad post defense, they just are not atheletic enough nor deep enough to advance. They had their shot two years back and missed. Sorry, but IMO, no chance. Best Wishes...OF
